Reference Guides Update + Access Info
Take 2
I shared links to these reference guides a while ago, and many of you have been using them in practice or with your patients and I am so happy to hear they have been helpful!
I’ve made a few updates - both to the content and how access works - and wanted to walk through it clearly.
Soon will be adding a primer to help explain pelvic venous congestion to your patients.
A reminder - the information provided in these materials is intended for medical education and to support clinical decision-making. It does not replace independent clinical judgment.
What’s changed
I’ve simplified how access works and moved everything to a more reliable system.
You can still choose between:
Annual payment
Monthly subscription
Hopefully this allows for a much cleaner and more stable experience going forward.
How to access
You can get access here:
After purchase, you’ll receive immediate access with instructions about how to access but NO sign in.
For previous subscribers
If you were previously subscribed, you’ll need to re-sign up using the links above. I am sorry!
The previous system has been retired as part of this transition.
I really appreciate your support in the earlier version - this update is meant to make access simpler and more reliable going forward.

A quick note
All materials are derived from published literature, clinical guidelines, and expert consensus, with references cited where applicable. Clinical decisions must be individualized based on each patient’s history, presentation, comorbidities, preferences, and applicable standards of care.
Clinicians are responsible for verifying medication dosing, contraindications, and regulatory considerations prior to implementation.
These are intended to support clinical thinking - not to replace independent clinical judgment.
This is very much an evolving resource, and I’ll continue to update it as I refine how I approach these patients.
If you’ve been using these already, thank you - your feedback has shaped a lot of what’s here.
